An air conditioner that has stopped keeping up is easy to live with in May and impossible to ignore in July. For a Ste Agathe family, replacement was the sensible call rather than another repair.
Our team installed a new Lennox ML14XC1S condenser with a matched C35 evaporator coil and a TXV, so the system meters refrigerant properly across the full range of Manitoba summer temperatures. Rather than setting the condenser on a ground pad, it went up on wall brackets — a good choice where snow load or grade make a pad awkward. Thirty feet of new line set was run, the existing electrical reused where it was sound, and an iF834 thermostat fitted for straightforward control.
The result is quiet, reliable cooling sized to the house, with the matched coil and TXV doing the quiet work of keeping efficiency where it should be. If your air conditioner is struggling through the hot stretch, read more about our air conditioning installation, or call or text (204) 808-3000.
