Serving Manitoba since 1974

There is no good week to go without air conditioning in a Manitoba summer, and a home in La Broquerie had waited long enough. The plan was a full replacement, done in a single visit.

Our crew set the new condenser on a pad and stand behind the electrical panel, where it had room to breathe, and paired it with a matched indoor coil sized to the home. New refrigerant tubing was run and pressure tested. The condensate was routed to drain outside, away from the foundation. A new heat-pump-capable thermostat went on the wall so the system has room to grow.

The electrical was not reused. Our electrician pulled a new 30-amp circuit from the panel, so the new equipment is fed properly instead of inheriting whatever the old unit had been running on. Drop sheets went down before the work started and came up with us when we left.

A right-sized system installed correctly runs less, lasts longer, and costs less to operate than an oversized one fighting itself. That is worth getting right the first time.
