Radiator heat is one of the most comfortable ways to warm a house. It is also completely dependent on the boiler feeding it, so when a Winnipeg home needed that boiler replaced, the job was worth doing properly rather than quickly.

The installation started before any equipment went up. Our crew brought plywood and mounted it directly to the studs to give the boiler and its components a solid backing, instead of hanging that weight on drywall. It is a small step, and it is the reason the whole assembly stays exactly where it belongs for the next couple of decades.

From there the new electric boiler went on the wall, followed by the circulation pumps, the manifolds, the expansion tanks, and all of the piping that ties the boiler system together. Our electrician was on site the same day to run the new breaker and wiring the boiler needed, so nothing sat waiting on a second trade to show up.

New water lines out to the radiators are scheduled as a separate visit. This stage was about getting the boiler system itself mounted, piped, and ready for those connections.

Planning a heating replacement before the cold arrives is always easier than doing it in January. Our heating installation team will walk you through the options and give you a straightforward price up front. Call or text (204) 808-3000.
