Running a furnace and AC from the same manufacturer keeps the airflow and controls properly matched, which is where a lot of mismatched systems lose efficiency. We also added an Air Ranger air filtration unit to the ductwork, so the upgrade covers comfort and air quality in one project rather than two.
With the furnace now in place ahead of the heating season and the AC ready for next summer, the homeowner has a five-year parts warranty on both pieces of equipment, extendable to ten years with registration, plus a one-year labor warranty on the install.
