Browns Plumbing and Heating Contest Rules for LENNOX Gas Furnace Giveaway Spread The Warmth Contest for a Person/Family in Need.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Browns Plumbing & Heating will provide a new Lennox Gas Furnace to a person or family in need. Entries can be submitted by end user or third party entry.

Eligibility: Contest is open only to those who complete a ballot from online or our location and who are 18 years old as of the date of entry. The contest is only open to legal residents of Canada living within our service area as outlined on our website www.brownsplumbing.ca The furnace must be installed in a residential home. Employees are not eligible to participate. The contest is subject to all applicable, federal, provincial and local laws and regulations.

Contest Period: Entries will be accepted starting on or about September 12, 2022 and ending October 17st, 2022 11:59PM CST.

How to Enter: The contest must be entered by submitting a ballot at our location 423 Main Street, Steinbach, MB R5G 1Z6 or through Contest section on website www.brownsplumbing.ca The entry must fulfill all contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win the Furnace. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You must fill in the information requested on entry ballot. Only one entry per person. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Prizes: Selected winner will receive a Free Lennox Furnace installed with a retail value of up to $6,000. Actual value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non transferable. No substitution of price or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner selection and notification: Winner of the Contest will be selected by team at Brown’s Plumbing & Heating based on entry needs on October 20th, 2021. The Sponsor will verify the entry if valid by a site visit to the pending installation address. Winners will be notified via phone/or email address entered on the entry within three (3) days following the winner selection, followed by schedule of installation date. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed an executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Any violation of these official rules by any winner (at Sponsor’s sole discretion) will result in such winner’s disqualification as winner of the sweepstakes and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.

Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability or litigation.

The winner selected must agree to allow photographs taken, and allow Browns Plumbing and Heating the right to publish on various local media sources.

Disputes: THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF CANADA AND MANITOBA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES . As a condition of participating in this Contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Manitoba having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
